These workouts were trap music inspired (cuz it makes you go harder, right?) Ranging from cardio, booty work, full body, to toning-there's a workout for everyone!  My husband, Cory, is a certified personal trainer so he helped me create and approve of these workouts!  They are built to gain the maximum results if you push yourself while doing these!  I almost forgot the best part, you don't need a GYM!!!  All of these can be done inside or outside!! So crank the tunes, and push yourself!
